How my treatments work
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation that opens your subconscious, leaving you in a receptive state to accept the message required for simple fundamental change. I will tailor your hypnotherapy session to your individual needs and goals.
After every treatment you will walk away with the ability to call on this positive receptive state for continual support should you feel the need.
This is a perfectly safe practice, in which at no point will you feel a loss of control. You will be completely aware at all times of your surroundings, and everything that I am saying to you.
